The Bedrooms
The Cuckoo- 6' zip and link bed plus a single bed en suite shower room. 
The Robins - 5 ft zip and link + a single bed, ensuite shower room.
The Blue tits - 2 bunkbeds (sleep 4) and a ladder leading to mezzanine with 2 single mattresses.
This room sleeps 6 in total and has a bathroom with slipper bath and access to the garden via the granary steps. There is a little child sized doorway from the mezzanine to a small balcony/play area which over looks the landing.

Downstairs the one big party room is 35' long with a modern kitchen over looking fields. The dining tables seating 20 and oak stairs are in the middle with the inglenook fireplace and wood burner at the other end furthest from the kitchen. The TV is 42" and has freeview with a DVD player. There is a small entrance hall and downstairs toilet.
